Quick fry mac and cheese balls that will take only minutes to complete.

Ingredients

  • Oil

  • Panko bread crumbs

  • 2 large eggs

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • 2 pounds shredded cheese (of your choice)

  • 2 TBS unsalted butter

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni

  • 2 tbs all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups warm milk

  • Alfredo sauce

Directions

  • Cook the elbows
  • Drain with cold water and set aside
  • Melt butter in medium heat saucepan.
  • Sprinkle flour in the butter to thicken and stir (2 minutes)
  • Turn off heat and add the shredded cheese
  • Stir, add salt and pepper to taste
  • Combine sauce and elbows
  • Freeze the elbows until harden
  • Make balls out of the elbows
  • Whisk egg Brush the balls with the egg Dip in breadcrumbs
  • Deep fry in hot pan or bake on 350 degrees for 25 minutes
