Ingredients
Oil
Panko bread crumbs
2 large eggs
Salt
Black pepper
2 pounds shredded cheese (of your choice)
2 TBS unsalted butter
1 pound elbow macaroni
2 tbs all-purpose flour
2 cups warm milk
Alfredo sauce
Directions
- Cook the elbows
- Drain with cold water and set aside
- Melt butter in medium heat saucepan.
- Sprinkle flour in the butter to thicken and stir (2 minutes)
- Turn off heat and add the shredded cheese
- Stir, add salt and pepper to taste
- Combine sauce and elbows
- Freeze the elbows until harden
- Make balls out of the elbows
- Whisk egg Brush the balls with the egg Dip in breadcrumbs
- Deep fry in hot pan or bake on 350 degrees for 25 minutes
