Ingredients

  • 2 medium irish potato

  • 1 medium cho-cho

  • 6 cups water

  • 1/2 cups coconut milk

  • 2 stalks scallion

  • 2 sprig thyme

  • 4 small pimento seeds

  • 1 packet cock soup mix

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper

  • 1 can gungo peas

  • 1 cup carrots (chopped)

Directions

  • Remove skins from the potatoes and cho-ch then add water to the pot and boil. Add the potatoes chocho to the pot once the water starts boiling.
  • Add coconut milk, scallion, thyme, pimento seeds, cock soup mix, salt.
  • Add can gungo peas and add to the soup mix along with the sliced carrots then set the fire to low.
  • Add salt and black pepper if needed.
