This Mild Curry powder recipe contains three major ingredients; pimento seeds, coriander seeds and turmeric. There are also two medium ingredients which make up the body of the flavor; cumin seeds, and mustard seeds. - ¼ cup whole coriander seeds
- 2 tablespoons whole cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoons whole mustard seeds
- 2 tablespoons whole anise seeds
- 1 tablespoon whole allspice berries
- 5 tablespoons ground turmeric
- 2 tablespoons pimento seeds
- 1 tablespoon black pepper seeds

The ingredients list both whole allspice berries and pimento seeds. I thought they were two different names for the same thing? If they are the same, what is the correct quantity: 1 or 2 or 3 tablespoons? If they are not the same, then what do you mean by pimento seeds?
