On my journey to find the perfect hot sauce, I recently found a Trinidadian hot pepper sauce, Mr. Matouk’s Trinidad Scorpion hot sauce. This sauce is a well balanced and flavorful sauce, blunt, affordable with a hint of sweetness.

Matouk Trinidad Scorpion Pepper Sauce has a very nice flavor. The scorpion viper pepper is an extremely hot, blunt and harsh pepper naturally. Matouk has added the right balance of flavors that brings still brings out the heat but cut back on the harshness of the scorpion.

Reasonable priced. This hot pepper sauce can be found in Caribbean communities or online from Amazon etc…

This is a hot one, a little definitely goes a long way so use with caution, I only use a few droplets. For those with higher tolerances can tolerate more but for those with lower-medium tolerances, be careful!

My overall rating is 4/5 and is subject to change as time goes on. This sauce is a collection piece and I see myself using it more in the future.
