Ingredients
- 3 bananas (ripe, starting to turn brown)
- 2 cups Flour (1 ½ – 2 cups)
- 1/4 cups milk (or water)
- 2 -4 tablespoons brown sugar (or white)
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well
- Use a table spoon to scoop out the batter and fry until brown
- Flip and fry the other side until brown
