Ingredients

  • 3 bananas (ripe, starting to turn brown)
  • 2 cups Flour (1 ½ – 2 cups)
  • 1/4 cups milk (or water)
  • 2 -4 tablespoons brown sugar (or white)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp oil (for frying)

Instructions 

  • Combine all the ingredients and mix well
  • Use a table spoon to scoop out the batter and fry until brown
  • Flip and fry the other side until brown
