Fried dumpling recipe perfected by a seasoned dumpling maker. This dumpling is crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
Frying pan
Measuring utensils
Bowl
- 1 cup Flour ((all purpose))
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 cup Water (Cold)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl
Add water and mix
Kneed and roll flour in a ball
Take a tablespoon amount of dough and roll then press down firmly in hand
Set frying pan to medium-low
Add rolled and pressed dough to frying pan
Once golden brown flip the dumplings
Remove dumplings from pot once the other side is golden brown
