Jamaican Egg Nog is a sweet beverage that is creamy and deliciously thick. It is made from eggs and milk spiced up with nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves, traditionally served at Christmas time. A wonderful and versatile holiday drink that can be enjoyed with or without some booze. You’ll never buy store-bought eggnog again!
- 3 medium eggs
- 1/2 cup (s granulated sugar)
- 1 1/2 cup (s evaporated milk)
- 4 tablespoon (s white rum)
- 1/2 teaspoon (s nutmeg)
- 1 tablespoon (s vanilla essence)
Whisk eggs until they are thick and lemon coloured.
Add sugar, evaporated milk, white rum, nutmeg and vanilla
Blend for 1 minute.
Chill and serve over ice.
