Jamaican Jerk Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 whole pre-made pizza crust
  • ½ cup Jamaican jerk sauce
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup cup red onion (sliced)
  • ¼ cup green bell pepper (sliced)
  • ¼ cup yellow bell pepper (sliced)
  • ½ cup cooked and shredded jerk chicken
  • ¼ cup pineapple chunks
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the Jamaican jerk sauce and tomato sauce.
  • Spread the sauce mixture evenly onto the pizza crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Add the red onion, green bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper on top of the cheese.
  • Sprinkle the shredded jerk chicken over the vegetables.
  • Add the pineapple chunks on top of the chicken.
  • Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Once the pizza is done baking, remove it from the oven and sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the top.
  • Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
