This is a fun recipe that all will enjoy, especially the kids. This Jamaican sorrel popsicle will be a head turner and your guest will be amazed.
Equipment
3 ounce ice pop molds
Food processor
Blender
Ingredients

tablespoons
honey
¼
cup
fresh lime juice
(from about 1 lime)
¼
Greek yogurt or heavy cream
2
cups
fresh sorrel juice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and blend on high speed for a minute.
Pour the liquid into the popsicle mold and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
Please note: the sorrel juice must be pre-made and should be on the thicker side.
