Police Button Jamaican Cookie Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 whole eggs
- 75 grams sugar
- 25 grams melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 150 grams flour (sift)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tsps yellow coloring
Instructions
- Combine: eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla and mix.
- Add sifted flour, baking powder and coloring and mix.
- Place mixture in a dough spreader. Spread on baking sheet, an inch in diameter.
- Bake for 12 minutes at a 180 degrees Celsius
