Equipment
- 3 ounce ice pop molds
- Food processor
- Blender
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice (from about 1 lime)
- ¼ Greek yogurt or heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh sorrel juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and blend on high speed for a minute.
- Pour the liquid into the popsicle mold and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
Please note: the sorrel juice must be pre-made and should be on the thicker side.
